Muslim Americans for Compassion (MAC) participated in a food drive with many houses of worship to support various Louisville communities on November 7th, 2025. This initiative was spearheaded by Maha Kolko, MAC Board Member and Debbie Harper, Executive Director.
The objective behind this effort is to help many community ministries provide assistance to families facing food insecurity. More than 18 million households across the country are food insecure. Recent uncertainty about SNAP benefits to families in need has increased the importance of community support for struggling families.
