We engage the community through interfaith, civic, and environmental initiatives.

INTERFAITH

We work with Interfaith partners to develop programming that brings people of various backgrounds together, fostering interaction that is positive and meaningful

We address social and civic concerns in communities that are under-served, trying to utilize our resources efficiently to achieve what we believe is the most positive effect

WE ADVOCATE

We advocate our fellow citizens in such a way as to increase the feelings of mutual understanding and respect between them.

WE EDUCATE

We educate our volunteers with leadership skills so that each person, individually, may serve as a beacon of light and goodness for their community.

WE PROMOTE

We promote activities, projects, & events that are compassionate in essence, whether it is hosted by MAC or partner organizations.

Just an excellent read; and call for action. “We must learn to converse without displays of anger or raising our voices. Can we not disagree with or actively oppose other political views without seeking the utter destruction of our opponents? Despite the confident rhetoric we hear from politicians and pundits, it is doubtful any one group has fully apprehended all truth. How different it might be if we could come to the table with hands empty of weapons and hearts full of humility”
